What's new in Version 16.5

1. New Preference under Display settings: Screen always on (other screens). Screen always on is for the main screen while this new setting is for other screens like Search, Preview, Editor, etc. This is also available in the Bible View Preferences.
2. New Preference for Language: Show English book name. For non-English language, when unchecked, the (book name chapter number) will not show in Bible chapter heading.
